    Thats a great pose of this handsome oystercatcher William - love the raised leg and good head turn.
    Just a tad more canvas at top and right would improve the composition for me, but a fine portrait of this shore-bird.

    Brilliant.
    Nice exposure work. Love the low angle, especially considering you achieved the angle from inside
    a car (!) +1 for the raised leg and slightly windblown(?) plumage. Composition looks great to me
    as is.

    Love these birds...nice low angle and BG, love the raised foot. Crop works for me as presented.

    Did you shoot this from your lamborghini with suicide doors? That is low. Love the mid-stride pose and comp. Fine job.

    I appreciate the comments! Pretty funny Tim, how did you guess on what vehicle I drove? Actualy the Texas city dike is basically a 5 mile strip of rocks and concrete slag that juts into Galveston Bay with a road running down it. The edges next to the water have many large boulders, one of which the OC was on. regards~Bill
