    I was really hoping to get this species when I was in the lowlands of eastern Bolivia. What a cool woodpecker eh??

    Awesome bird and superb capture Glenn. I would tone down the white/light areas on the trunk just a tad,

    Certainly a cool bird and nice capture. Nice BG and perch. I think I would tone down the tree bark a bit and possibly lighten up his lower body slightly.

    really cool woodpecker. I like the placement in the frame and the lighter areas on the really cool tree look real nice too

    Great composition and beautiful bird! I agree with Nick P on a couple of minor adjustments.
