Nikon D4 600 VR 1/1600s at F6.3 ISO 200 -0.7EV. I had fun photographing these breeding bird last week. They flew in and out of thier nests by the thousands which entertained me for hours. Starting to love my D4 .... am finding that I am getting a lot more "in focus" flight shots.

A very nice photo. I like the angle, shadow and warm tone. Fine job.

Superb shot all around. Nice breeding colors, clean BG and perfect wing position. I liked the light angle as well...dont mind the shadow. You got nice catch light in the eye. Perfect exposure. Loved it a lot.

Great wing position and bg. I like that the wings show the feather separation as well

Hi Viv, good flight angle, well placed in the frame, and you have nailed the whites nicely. Killer BG.

Agree with every compliment offered thus far.
I also like the slightly parted bill. Great exposure work.
A very fine flight image of this species sir.
