Sanjeev - very nice image of the cormorant. Great exposure and nice focus on the face. Some minor recommendations would be to remove the branch on the lower left and possibly the green just to the left of the head. The other greenery is great and helps add dimension to the photo.

I'm OK with the branch and bit of extra greenery, I just wish a for a bit better HA (it is currently angled away). Good vertical comp and nice details on the black plumage.
