    Chris:

I like the image construction, perch, fine with head angle as he does indeed look intent on something out of frame,

For personal taste, I might try a version with slightly cooler color temp. I appreciate the early morning light, but just a bit overpowering for me.

There is a small patch on the cheek which looks overexposed. May be able to tease out a bit more detail there with some selective work.

    Cheers

    Nice pose and perch.
However, the head and eyes are very soft. Based upon how much of the perch in front of the bird is in focus, I'd guess you have focused on the wing. If you've focused on the eye/head, then you should definitely microadjust your camera/lens.

I also find the warm color tones a bit strong, nicely isolated from the background and nice perch, wish it was looking more towards the camera

Hi Chris, nice image design, bg and pose.
The white on the cheek appears blown. Agree with the comments on the color temperature.

A good strong composition of this tit Chris, very sharp, good pose and BG. My only concern is the hot cheek patch and I would tone down the red/yellow tones a tad.

Very sharp and detailed. Exposed well and the light is hitting the subject perfectly. Color or saturation seem to be a personal preference and you know what it looked like when you took the shot. Well done

Hi Chris, love the light in this, and Im fine with the colours. I like the inqisitive pose, the bird is sharp, and the BG is sweet.
