Artie and Denise introduced me to blurs on a recent IPT to Bosque del Apache NWR. I promised Denise I'd post some images in Out Of The Box. Nikon D7000, Nikkor 600mm, f18, 1/4sec, iso 100.

Gary, this one's a beauty! I love the layers of color with the geese, trees and mountains in the background. It was great meeting you at the Bosque. I hope you post lots more in OOTB

Very nice. Not just because of the blur -- the composition is great, and there are some wonderful curves and diagonals. I look forward to seeing more.

It was a pleasure getting to know you and I hope our paths cross again!
Fantasic blur Gary. I love the colors, the amount of blur and the lovely flow of the image. The mountain and trees behind the birds really set the scene! Great job and I am looking forward to seeing more!

I love it too. The blur is just right and the brightest yellow of the cottonwoods balances the image design perfectly. Way to go!

Gary, you've got a real knack for this artistic stuff. (And it's fun) The guide is great - it'll give you loads of ideas.
