Hi Sanjeev, Great look back pose, and well placed in the frame. Colours look good, and that BG rocks. If anything, I would take a bit off the top and bottom.

Nice bird and head turn. Pointing the camera a bit higher and a bit to our left would have helped. As would bill clean-up on the black area.

Thanks for you advice and comments. Artie, your points are well taken and will try and clean up the bill as well. I got my 500 II lens and cant wait to give it a work out here in India. Scouting for a Gimbal/Mongoose head. Which do you recommend for the 500 II?

YAW Sanjeev. Mazel tov on the 500 II. I smashed mine up in South Georgia along with my 1D X :). See the details in "Wrecked, And Loving It" here.

As for the tripod head, I unequivocally recommend the Mongoose M3.6. I use it every day with my 800. It is much lighter and handles the lenses just as efficiently. Some, like Denise Ippolito, choose to add the Integrated Low Mount Arm so that the M3.6 becomes a bottom mounting system. The BAA On-line Store ships all over the world every day :).

Thanks Art. I will go for the Mongoose head. Can I mount the 500 II with its lens foot on or does it require that I change the lensfoot with a custom lens foot? If I understand right, the lens will mount on the side of the Mongoose unlike the bottom mount in a conventional Gimbal.

Sanjeev, You can use it with the original foot but it balances better with a low foot, less torque, especially on windy days. I am not sure if the one by 4th GD is available. We are currently back-ordered but should have some product soon.
