Female Kestrel. Taken at around 3 p.m. during walk with the kids. She was very cooperative and posed for me for quite a while:)

Sweet light, sharp and well exposed.

I would consider cropping some off the top to tighten up the composition a bit.

Certainly came out well for such a high ISO. Well done. My first impression is there is a yellowish cast. I wonder if the sun was low.

I agree with a crop from above, but all else looks good to me. Sweet light!

P.S. Verticals should be no higher than 800 pixels

A nice bonus while out walking the kids Poitr! Very pleasing pose, good light and feather detail. Agree with the crop from top and also wonder if the yellow cast is a bit strong for a mid-afternoon capture.
