    Just another look of these beautiful birds mating. i'm quite happy with this shot and the series

    I got last weekend the water color is probably my favorite thing about the shot it compliments the Avocets nicely.:)

    I would be pretty happy with those results to! It's true the Bg colours compliment the birds nicely, and I like the hint of blue in the ripples just to add some colour from the cool side of the spectrum. :-)

    James this is another excellent shot. You are right, the color of the water is exceptionally nice and does accent the Avocets quite well. Sharp, no noise, excellent pose. Well done.

    I love the colors and the position of both heads, but I might take just a little from the left (not much).

    Sweet image Jim, I like how she still has her head parallel to the water as she does during the courtship ritual. Killer capture with these two and in low light too.
