    I was going to title this I got crabs but then I thought better of it:) another image from Ft Desoto trip

    40D, 500 f/4 IS + 1.4tc, 1/2500 @ f/6.3, aperture priority,evaluative metered, raw, iso 400, tripod, cropped to taste and a little cloning to remove some dark blotches

    Nice hunched/walking pose, and the prey holding on to the bill is very cool! Beautiful detail in the plumage, and I like the two upturned feathers near the back.

    This is well done, Don. Exc. light and the pose is nice too...having crabs...priceless. :)
