    Sanjeev,

    Well done, this first thing that comes to mind is the natural balance of the image this is probably stronger as a vertical image; that framing would add to the lines in the subject. Nice control of the whites and I notice the light seems to come from behind the Owl, a stronger image with more light in the face and eyes. Notice the eyes look a bit dark and plane,...that being said this is a nice portrait and you captured a very interesting subject. That is what photography is all about and many will view this image and enjoy your work. Remember leverage light when possible,.. as I always say,..we do not shoot the subject we shoot the light. A well lit face and eyes can improve a picture significantly.

    I assume flash is not allowed here as well otherwise a splash of fill via soft box or bounce would have helped. Thanks for sharing and I notice you continue to improve - thanks for sharing this beautiful creature - well done!!
