Default Boxing bald eagle style-my favorite frame

I am happy to present you with bald eagle close combat. I usually like to post the image and let it speak for itself, but this frame was quite special for me so I like to give some details. Hope it's not boring

This is an interesting behavior that happens in a split second when an incoming bald eagle buzzes another eagle that is standing on the ground. The attacking eagle extends his talons to hit the standing bird. The standing bird swings backward extending his talons to defend against the incoming bird. Just like a boxer defending against his opponent. The defending eagle is in complete upside down position. The entire action happens in a split second and is extremely difficult to capture with both birds sharp and in ideal position. I hope you enjoy it.
Image was taken in Haines, AK. Background is snow.

This one is definitely a winner Wow Arash, love the close-up action, both very sharp, their pose and wing position. Great work.

Very cool shot and great split second interaction. Techs look good and both birds are sharp. Nice job. A friend of mine won Audubons first place a few years back with a shot similar to this. Awesome capture.

What a great title and so apt!
Great action and IQ is superb, (as usual)
I love the curve of the bottom eagles wing and the look on his face.

Cool capture. I shot these guys for the first time the other day and love watching their behavior...I'm thinking its more of a martial arts pose than boxing...lol...great job and congrats on an awesome capture!

Your eagle frames keep getting better and better Arash! This one has it all! You were very fortunate to get good eye contact from both birds.

Amazing capture, Arash. Not only is the dynamic action impressive, but so is everything else about it: HAs, exposure, detail. Congrats on a fine image. Prize winner for sure.

great action shot. nice poses on both birds. I watched one eagle knock another off a fish and completely under water.

Excellent shot! It's sure a winner here! However, I wish both eagles were looking at each other while "boxing" in the air.

Thanks but in this behavior the birds actually never look at each other directly, they have to watch the talons so it doesn't get them. That's where they look
