    What's not to like?!
A sweet little bird that always makes me happy when I see them, a nice simple, appropriate sized diagonal perch with a bit of color from the lichens, a great coffee cream BG, nice light and BG.
Ticks all the boxes for me Jim.
    Well done,
    Gail

Simple and perfect; great head angle, bird, pose, perch, and BKGR. I would not change a pixel.

Sweet and simple. Nice perch, BG and good IQ. I like the way his feet are wrapped gently around the perch. TFS

Very nice image of the black capped chickadee.
The subtle mottled background is yummy.
Perfect light angle for the subject...great details in the
whites and blacks. Perch has some pleasant features,
but is not going to win any awards for complexity :)

Hi Jim, love the angled pose following the line of the diagonal perch. I do like the light, and the details on both the bird and perch are great. Sharpness spot on, and a great BG too. Well captured.
