Hi Viv, excellent exposure on the moorhen, as they arent easy to get right. Love the low angle and leaning pose, together with the water's reflection on the side of his body. Well timed to capture the drooling water droplets.

I take it, this was at Barberspan too. Pity its a tad far for a day trip. Its ok to get up early for Mankwe, But this location seems double the distance.

Great capture! Your eye immediately goes to the red eye, down the red/yellow bill and continues to the dramatic line of water droplets. The darkish grays and blues highlight the action nicely.
