    In the yard today, 12:26:21pm, 4-24-08, Vail, AZ, out the kitchen nook window, 40D, TC 1.4X II, 500 f4 L IS, f8, 1/500, ISO 400, partial metering, sunny, AV, Ai Servo, no flash.

    Wonderful composition. The flower really caught my eyes. Very sharp details with hummer!

    I like the sharpness and BG. Would like to see the entire flower petal that's cut off as well as more of the bill. And I might crop a little off the top. Overall very nice though!

    Nice catch Jim. This sharp bird shows well against that clean BG. That cut flower petal looks like a simple clone fix.

    Very nice capture! About the framing bu the flower, I'd like not to have clipped the one left and a little more room for the stem at the bottom. well done for natural light.
