Artie:
That one certainly gets your attention. "Oh no, a headless penguin!" The little pop of yellow adds a lot, nice detail in the feathers on his left wing, looks cold. Nice that you left enough room at the top for the virtual head!
Cheers

Love the image, great story ... but the thing I like most about what you shared is the phrase "Happiness is a choice". Absolutely true!
Curious, where does the head go? Does it tuck in or just get put to a side/back? Looks uncomfortable :)

An unusual image Art that grabs ones attention! The splash of yellow adds a bit of coulor of an otherwisw B&W image.

Great capture Artie! Really nice soft colour! I agree with Randy that the yellow colour adds a lot!

This image gives the viewer food for thought, which I like. While the whites aren't hot, I am yearning for a bit more details in the chest fur/feathers. Not even sure if that's a realistic expectation.

I just laughed when I opened this. Very interesting but I do want to see the head!
A big tease!

This made me chuckle also. A well designed clever image.
But the head angle is horrible....

Hey Dank, I have dozens with the head on but most of those with the eye tightly closed and a few with the bird barely squinting....

So where's the head anyway? Seriously, Do they tuck it or is it hanging over the side that we can't see it? I am curious. Interesting image

I am not sure whether they just rest the head on their back or tuck it into their feathers. If I ever return I will check it out. See here for a tighter view of a different sleeping bird.
