This is the same scaup I posted a couple of days ago. She gave me several nice opportunities.

    D4 600VR f/6.3 1/1250s ISO 500 Gitzo/Wimberley

Rotated with minor crop, cleaned up a couple of smudges in the water. Selective sharpening

    Advice and comments appreciated.

    Cheers

    Randy

You had some great moments with this Scaup Randy - another superb reflection and I love the pose captured here. The warm tones of the bird work so well against the cool blues of the water. Excellent!

The water is pure glass...the image is pure class. Awesome shot.

Hi Randy, I prefer this to your previous post. Love the swimming angle, and of course the clear stillness of the water has created a perfect reflection. Excellent all round exposure, and sharp too. You sure used your opportunity here. Well done.

Nice! I like that even the water droplet on her back is reflected. Images like this have the potential to be fairly dull unless executed perfectly, and this one sings.

This is really nice. I like it better than the previous one.
The still water and perfect reflection are what makes this shot.
    Perfect HA doesn't hurt either.

Great image Randy. I like the still water, reflection, light, angle and IQ. I like this image better than the one you posted a couple of days ago. This is perfect.
