I don't know what to make of this, but could we be seeing an annual winter visit from Snowies?
I got my OBOL (Oregon birding list) email this morning and Snowies are being reported already
in Washington state and BC again.
There was an unconfirmed siting Just south of Portland Oregon yesterday.
Interesting news for birders and photographers.
