    Taken a couple of weeks ago as the Hawk mobbed my decoy owl.

    Unreal. Like the pose, the detail all over the bird and that both eyes are visible.

    Dont' think I've ever seen anything quite that dramatic, Alan. Great comp - almost a perfect diagonal from the upper left through the center of the tail and eyes. Kudos.

    Fantastic! It's amazing what the camera can capture that the naked human eye misses because the action is happening so incredibly fast. TFS

    The in-flight pose and composition doesn't get much better than this Alan. Excellent IQ with loads of impact..!!

    This is a great image! I haven't seen a photo showing that wing position. Great detail sharpness and light!

    Hey Shawn, the image is about 40% of the original frame, and is still over 3000 pixels on the longest side.

    The pose is simply awesome! Of course the light is good, the stare fantastic, and your techs are top-notch. But that pose deserves another WOW!
