Lovely colors and serene feeling to this backlit shot. Nice wing and tail spread, with light coming through. I wonder if brightening the head would be useful?

Hi Manos, the backlighting through the wing edges looks great, and I do like the flight pose, apart from the head being slightly angled away. The colour of the overall image works well, and I agree with Bill, that lightening the head wont harm the egret.

Hey Manos is back! Love the shot, I see what has been referred to in previous posts, but I beg to differ, I personally would not change a thing, the head is in shade so it would be a little darker is my logic.

An exceptional shot, really nice. I would like a little more room above and below, and a little less on the left, but as it is it's a great image.

Great feel. loved the pose as well. Very artsy. a tiny bit more room on top and bottom will help, IMO. Always like your images of this kind.

Hi Manos, you were blessed with some beautiful warm light here. A lovely composition of this egret and agree brightening the head would be a plus.

Pleasing...especially the light coming through the fanned tail and wings. More room up top and on the bottom would be a consideration.

Wonderful artistic image.Every thing has been said about this magnificent.
Love the wing position and lovely golden touch to their fringes and tail feathers.
    Beautiful background too.

Good to see you posting again Manos! Does this image signal a coming move away from your pure silhouettes of a couple of years ago? If so, I like what I'm seeing!
