    Default Cards not speaking

Posted a version of this a couple years ago, but it was a pano with a 3rd bird in it. Cut out that bird, moved these two closer together. Looked to me like a couple having a lovers quarrel....not speaking.
Used some polarization and canvas texture.

I like this. The blue cast to the snow is effective, and the colors of the cardinals are very nice. The diagonal made by the leaves is not only a good element in its own right, but the way it separates the cardinals adds to the story. However, I'd be inclined to subdue the leaves so their impact doesn't compete so much with the rest of the image.

Hi, Hazel, I remember this image because I love cardinals. I like the poster edge effect and the line of leaves. Maybe toning some of them down a tad would be a good idea.

Hi Hazel, I too remember this one... I like the poster edge effect. I might clean-up the noise halo around the birds, if it were mine. TFS.

Hazel, nice image. Always like saying a pair of cardinals. The texture of the image adds to the graphic quality. The row leaves adds a important element to your scene.

Thanks. I did take your advice(s) and toned down (adjusted curves) on the leaves and that did bring everything together more. I'lll work on the halo. I appreciate your input(s)

A cute Cardinal couple. I like the colors, composition, effects. Others have made good comments. Would this make a nice card?
