Are leucistic turkey vultures reportable?

A fellow DPreview forum member, Rick Moran, has posted a nice set of photos of a leucistic turkey vulture (Florida). Does anyone keep track of leucistic inviduals of common species? I don't know anything about the ornithology database world yet.

I think the best way to report this would be to have Rick enter it in an Ebird list https://ebird.org . He could add a photo and a comment and I believe that this would make the sighting available to those that might be interested.
