    Default Painted Bunting in Flight

    Hi Pixers

I try to developp a technique to take pictures in flight, it gave some results, but still not completly happy with that..The bird is in full flight since one meter or so..
I have some blur, I don't know why, If you have a idea why, let me know.

IMDIV 300 F2.8 at 4.5 Speed 8000, handled. Natural light.

It looks like a nice pic but it is very small. To get a good view of it, you will need to resize the pic to 1024 pixels across the long edge so we can see it better.

It is 1024 pixels on the long side. You need to click on the photo and it opens up.Very nice match of BG with the bird. Strange that at 1/8000 it still seems to be blurry. Looking forward to see the comments from the fellow photographers. Nice work, Manuel.

I like the wing position and the eye contact. I believe that the blur is most likely due to focus error. It is not easy to follow so little birds in flight.
