Default Tundra Swan sans yellow bill spot

Good day all. This fine fellow was imaged yesterday, low light and not much color left. There was a small patch of color reflected from a building, so I worked that for a while.

D4 500 AFS f/4.0 1/500s ISO 1600 hand held I was as low as I could go in that location.

Post: Small crop for comp, selective sharpening, cleaned up a few dark patches in BG No NR

    Advice and comments always appreciated.

    Cheers

    Randy

PS: MY daughter Elizabeth informed me that during the winter, Tundra swans have the highest feather count of any bird, 25,000. I don' t know when she found the time to count them all

Good low angle in this one Randy. I also like the water and the darkened BG makes the swan to stand out. Nice info on the bird's plumage!

Randy lovely low angle, soft light also works so nicely. The best part for me is the dark BG, make the bird pop. Good info on plumage, nice work.

The water and light is terrific.
The blues really look nice in the water although some of the blue hue shows on the swan.
A very serene and pleasing image.

Gorgeous shot! Love the silky smooth water, the brown reflection works well. It was good shooting with you again!

I like the angled pose, eye contact, metallic water look and exposure. Excellent image Randy.
