    No, the moon wasn't blue but it was the second full moon in one month and therefore a "blue moon".

    Nicely composed, and the clouds are great. Some of the white spots look like Topaz Simplify webbing. Others -- like the ones on the tree trunk and branches -- don't. Do you know what they are?

    I'm not big on Halloween, but this image made me smile. I suppose I can enjoy witches without liking Halloween. Beautiful darkness with the colors emerging bright yet darkish. Love that tree and those fabulous clouds. I wonder what it would look like with the witch going in the opposite direction. Great creative work.

    Thanks everyone! Dennis, those bright areas are indeed Simplify webbing bits. Paul, I think this is a case of mistaken identity - this is my 6th-grade teacher. Anita, it's all for fun...
