Chris, looks very good technically. From an aesthetic point of view I would suggest the perch is a little less than ideal, the background is complimentary to the bird's plumage. The bird's pose isn't bad but yes you guessed it, a little more head turn would have helped. From personal experience 1/125 sec, I would say you were lucky, small birds in general usually require faster shutter speeds because they are very seldom still.

Stunning capture with gorgeous colors and BG. Really like the perch. It has a lot of character. I would remove the second catchlight.

Very nice image. I also like the perch. Good sharpness and a nice clean BG. The only thing I could ask more is a better head angle.

Good details and sharpness, well done at 1/125 sec. I like the perch and very nice bg colors. Agree about HA comments above, but also a lower angle would have been nice if possible.

Great colors The detail is great and the perch very interesting. I wish for just a slight head turn

A very nice tit indeed. I would just sharpen the face a tad more. Love the perch and nice clean BG, keep it up!

Good bird, BG, sharpness, colours. The perch is so-so to me. It is not bad and it does have character, but I think what really would have helped it is for the subject to land fully atop of it to avoid it merging with the belly. I agree with a better HA and a bit lower perspective.
