Based on Daniel's suggestion on my previous post here is a pano crop from a session with the flamingos. I'm looking forward to read your comments.

Very cool shot. All staring the same way is nice. I love the stair step to the size of the birds with what looks to be the big male in the center. Exposed well and the pano works so well with the line-up. Nice work
I really like this one. This is one of those examples where the "rule" of thirds is definitively not needed!
Lorant-
Very nice composition and great capture. I agree with David about the effectiveness of the asymmetry in the staircase pattern. Almost like you drew it up!
I would take a bit off the bottom, and add a bit to the top. The image, for me doesn't start at the bottom of the frame, but instead just a bit higher (hence the suggestion for the crop). I like the aspect ration (hence the suggestion for the addition to the top).

Lorant:
This is quite cool, with matching gazes, low shooting angle, excellent separation of the birds from BG. I could even see a sliver more off the right and a matching amount added to the left if you have it, a bit more room to gaze into, help our imaginations wonder about what was over there!
Cheers

Lorant:
Excellent image of Flamingos in environment. Background and low angle gives very nice 3D effect to the image.
Very nice composition.Rest is already said.Love it.

Satish.
I didn't catch your original post Lorant but the pano presentation here works well for me. The uniform head-turn was a lucky break and really adds impact to the image.
Looks you had them pose!
The HA's and the step effect.
Very fortunate and nicely taken advantage of.

Very cool shot, I love them all looking the same way. I would also maybe take off the bottom and add a little on the LHS. Low angle works very nicely, good work Lorant.
How did you make them pose for you like this, Lorant? Just kidding.
Seriously, this is a striking image by all means.
It works for me I really like the poses and the composition. I am happy with the image as it is but I do suspect a tad off the bottom and a little added to the top would perhaps enhance.
