Hi Viv, excellent IQ, and you have certainly nailed the exposure and sharpness. Well timed to capture the great HA, and posed against that two tone BG. This view really shows how thin their legs are.

You captured the image of an elagant bird very nicely, Vivaldo. Love the low shooting angle and the nice head turn shoving the colour of the eye.

From this low angle it looks like a giant. Sweet IQ, great BG and the eyes pop nicely. Well done.

Lovely shot, perhaps a slight blue cast in the image?

Great capture, very nice low angle too. Well exposed and very clean.
I also see a slight blue cast in the breast feathers, but that might just be from the reflections of the water. I think a slight CW rotation would have him standing up straighter, enhancing the legs even more.

Hey - beautiful shot. As others have pointed out, you've accentuated the elegance of this tall bird w/ your shooting angle and framing. Love the bg too. I actually don't see the blue cast. Maybe my monitor? And I think your camera was level when shooting, but Miguel's recommendation might improve the image. Hard to beat.

I really like the bit of foreground at the bottom and the IQ is superb.
The blue caste warms up as you get higher in the frame and adds to it for me.

A nice pose of one of my favourite waterbirds. The warm/cool BG really enhances this composition Viv. Well done.

Thanks for comment and suggestions. Will have a look at straightening the bird and do agree with slight blue cast on the feathers.

Yes, I like the repost more. Incredible portrait. Excellent head turn, exposure and BG. best part is the low angle, of course.
If mine, I'd have placed it slightly more to the left in the frame.
