    I imaged this male few weeks back. Cropped and sharpened. One branch on the left side is removed.

    ISO: 400, 1/800 @ F: 7.1.Evaluating metering. Exposure bias: +0.3.Manual mode.
    White balance: Auto. HH. Canon: 550D, 400mm.

    Like the alert pose with raised crest feathers. I might tone down the brightness on the right side of the perch.

    Perfect HA and crest in alert position is nice. Sharp and well exposed. Looks like the sun was a bit high. Good job.

    Hi Satish, excellent exposure, good angled pose, sharp, and yes, the raised crest adds interest. The light has brought out the iridescence nicely.

    Lovely pose and I think the exposure was good. The perch as might be expected is a little too bright but easily fixed.

    Nicely done. Good depth of field, well exposed (though I agree w/ others about a minor touch up on the branch), well-framed, and great bg. A keeper!
