    Sanjeev:

    Great landing pose, open bill, angle in frame, comp.

    Based on the amount of noise underwings, my guess would be that the bird was significantly underexposed because of the very bright background, and you needed to bring it up quite a bit in post. I normally wouldn't expect this much noise with your settings.

    It might be possible to revisit this and do some subtle noise reduction to maintain the detail.

    Again, fine pose!

    Excellent landing pose captured.I like the open beak,wing position and composition.Rest is mentioned by Randy Sir.

    I like the dynamic pose and fully raised crest, but I agree with Randy's observations. Good comp BTW!

    Man this is sharp! The eye has beautiful color. I would be tempted to a crop just to show case the lovely eye you got here in a separate image.

    the hole in the bg is slightly distracting.lovely colors over all and a very crisp pic.
