    EOS-1D Mk IV, 500mm f/4L IS + 1.4xII, 1/1600, f/8, ISO 400
    Manual exposure at sunny f/16.
    About 80% of Full Frame.

    Photographed this past June during the Shoot The Light Iceland workshop.

    Lovely photo. Detail is great, I like the lighting (the sheen coming off that patch of red feathers is excellent). Exposure is superb! Great subject isolation, HA, and shooting angle.

    This is lovely Mike.
    I like the soft light and the tranquil feeling the image evokes.
    Nice still water and the exposure is perfect.

    Mike, very nice capture here. The composition is great, the exposure is spot on, and the colors are great. I would consider some selective sharpening along the head and see if it makes a big difference. Otherwise, great!
