    Nice soft light. BG is good with the exception of the dark area around the bill. Looks a little soft on my monitor. I like the pose with the caveat that I'd like more eye contact. I tend to avoid ISO 100 and 200 with the 40D because 400 looks so good and it gives you more room to play with your camera settings. I'd like to see how this image would look at f/11 or at 1/320 along with ISO 400.

    Nice portrait and light. I would sharpen the bird a bit more and wish for a bit more eye contact.

    Nice image Raul,
    Like the tight frame and the details on your bird, would have been better if he were looking at you instead of down...:D
