Van Gogh is one of my favorite painters.

I processed this in Elements 10. Filters: Topaz Clean: Cartooned, Elements 10: Brush Strokes >Accent Edges, and Viveza. Free textures: I Do by Sterling Silver, and Starry, starry night by Terrari 09. I created the swirls on the I Do texture using selections and Distort >Twirl. Slight vignette.

Anita, I love Van Gogh also! And I really like what you've done with this one. The textures work great with the sunflower

Hi Anita, I really like the effect on the blossom and the texture is well suited to this image.

Van Gogh painted his sunflower paintings ( all 5 of them) to decorate the Gauguin home, at least thats what I read.
Nice effect and conversion to artwork, I really like how the background turned out, almost looks like the flower is sitting on toop of water. Well done

The BG texture sets this apart from others. Love your composition as well.

I love your creation, both the filter effects on the flower and on the background. Looks like a wall hanger to me!
