    Stefano:

A very big welcome to BPN! You will find it a great place to learn and grow as a nature photographer!

lovely bird, nice colors, well exposed. Nice angle of bird in the frame. Your masking of the bird from the background has left some edge effects, giving him that cut out look.

From a composition standpoint, I think you could safely crop off some of the free space above the bird. Matter of taste.

Again, welcome, and look forward to more.

    Cheers

    Hello Randy,
    tanks for for the comment.
absolutely I have not changed the background of the hill was planted with cereals, and orange was amplified by the tone of the setting sun
the picture in higher resolution shows no edges
    No crop.

A big, warm welcome to BPN, Stefano! What a terrific first post of a gorgeous bird. Your image has lovely colors and background. You have good details and exposure on your bird. THe catch in his beak is a huge plus! I wish for more space on the bottom and less space on top. I think it will give your image better balance.

Looking forward to more of your posts.
