    Tom:

Lovely bird with excellent profile, bill shows great. Very nice light, smooth BG, all good.

From a comp standpoint, I would prefer a sliver more on both sides, with a bigger increase on the right.

    Cheers

    Hi Tom,
The light is beautiful. Great BG and love the blues.
I see a need for a bit of CW rotation.
    These birds are so pretty.

Beautifully lit bird. I like the head angle and eye contact. Exposure looks good.

Awesome light and great exposure control. The bill stands out from the BG nice and the catch light is perfect. Great Job...

Tight in the frame for me, but I love the low angle, silky smooth undulating water, and the sweet light. Good techs, sharpness too.

Beautiful bird, well done on getting the low angle. I also like the soft light however would have prefered a little more space all round. Excellent sharpness as well, like this alot.

Killer light and pose here. What a gorgeous bird and you have nice details and colors here!!! Agree on rotation and a bit more space.

Love the little bit of foot poking through the feathers
Nice work getting so close to this species, Tom.
I'd like more space all the way round.
Just this weekend I had my first ever Avocet session and I'm stoked with what I came away with.
