Love the pose with the slightly tilted head towards us. Nice environmental shot, Satish.

    Satish:

The bird is very nice, sharp, great pose, good eye contact, like the thin perch.

THe BG is attractive but I think it is so strong that it somewhat overpowers the bird as posted. I would consider a vertical crop to simplify the BG a bit, keep our attention on the bird.

Another option would be to tone down the entire a BG so it isn't so bright, and recedes a bit to our eye.

    Cheers

Satish, Very nice shot of this species. I need to go to India, must be a birders wonderland. You post beautiful different species almost every day. The bird is tack sharp and exposed perfect. I love the environmental scene and the green and reds make the shot even better. I do agree with Randy on the BG to the upper left. A bit of toning down would complete this nice shot. Great work.

    Hi Satish,
Bird looks great. Sharp and lovely visible little feet.
I really like the curved pink grass and like the inclusion of the environment.
Having said this I can see that this would also look really nice as a vertical. It all depends on what you want from the shot. If the bird is the main feature for you then go vertical, but if you want the environment included then keep the comp as is.

I like this lots, alot more than I thought I would. I find the surroundings quite appealing and a such I like the crop as presented. Yes, some of the brighter elements could be toned down though. excellent pose given to you by the subject.
