Terrific Arash. The light is just great, the dark BG with the lit up Kite is really impressive.
Maybe the best work you have done for me.
They are silky smooth, have depth, and the details are just excellent.

Fine indeed. The light was strong, yet the whites are pleasing and full of detail. I'd clone out the bit of something between the right wing and the tail feathers.

Very nice Arash. This is one of the best of the series IMO. The light is strong yet not to harsh. Wing position, BG, HA and details are awesome. Just the right amount of pine tree too. Didnt think they could get any better! Great work..

    Is 1D7 a typo?
Great landing pose, nice inclusion of the perch to be tree top. Nice wing stretch and like the fanned tail.

Pretty much drool inducing. Love everything here...pose, techs, BG, perch. I agree that I would eliminate the small white object floating below the wing.

Arash. Just keep posting these images, though it is sickening good. I don't know if it can get any better than that. Hats off to your work, brother.

Inspiring image Arash. Question: How do you set up for a shot like this? Did you know in advance that the kite was heading for tree? How long do you study the behavior of your subjects before you actually get the camera out? Please hire a videographer to follow you around and then post the shoot to YouTube so I can see how it's done :•)

    Thanks Gareth,

I don't really study the behavior before hand. The key to capturing images like this in the wild is developing fast reflexes and good hand-holding technique/stability so you can raise your rig to your line of sight rapidly and center the bird in the finder with no delay. Birds are fast, you gotta be faster

Wonderful work as always Arash. Maybe a bit more room on the RHS? Stunning landing pose though, nice lighting and great eye contact.

Another killer shot. Considering the brightness, the detail preservation in the whites is outstanding. Agree with above - I would also eliminate the small white object below the wing.
