Mohammad:

Very interesting foreground foliage, with neat colors. Background nice as well, good angle of bird in frame, and because the colors are so strong, I like the subject placement with lots of room to the right.

Normally when legs are cut off, it is nice to leave room below for the 'virtual legs', but I might be tempted to crop out the bottom 10% of the free space between frame edge and bird, to reduce the OOF amount there.

Very lovely image, Mohammad with a unique environment. Love that FG although agree on cropping the out of focus (OOF) portion out. Great angle and colors really pop.
