    Very nice one, Jim. Not the usual pose for this handsome WP (my favorite backyard bird). Nice detail, and the leaves in the BG add a nice seasonal context. Well done.

    Looks like he is blushing for the camera! Great fall setting, the leaves add alot to the image. I'm not super fond of the dark twig crossing the perch though, but sometimes hard to avoid this type of distraction in the woods. I's also tone down the bright leaf sticking out of the subject's back. Overall well done!

    Love his pose, sharp, agree with previously mentioned minor distractions, but still a pleasing image!

    I'd say well done for taking a complex scenario and making it work very well!
    Details on the woodpecker and perch are rocking. The leaves add so much,
    and as mentioned, add a nice seasonal feel. Great image.
