    Here is a shot from the same roadrunner I posted earlier. It came up to my car and looked up at me.

    Just a fraction more DOF to get the beak sharp would have really put this over the top.

    Sharp and interesting with the stare of the bird. Wish the green spot wasn't there and for a more head on look with a touch more DOF. Well done.

    Hi Robert, love the inquisitive look, and I like how you have framed this. Its not easy to acquire full DOF at such close range, but you have the eyes, as the most important part of this in focus. I do like the colourful crest detail.
