This is just a fun image i made that reminded me of monster movies with the city burning in the bg. I used several layers of fractilius and some color efex contrast filters.

Bob, I especially like the flower center. The bee does look like a sci-fi monster.

Cool looking, almost poster like..maybe for the movie "Attack of the Killer Bees" or "Burn Bee, Burn". I've recently tried tubes with the 105 and had some luck, I even tried the 105 with a teleconverter, works quite well. Well done

This is an excellent macro image with great processing. I especially like the way you applied Fractalius, it 's perfect on the flower. Your macro subject looks very intense with this treatment. All in all, a great job!

Bob, it does look like a monster on top of a burning world. Very creative

Outstanding!! I really love the composition and processing, Bob! I would say cool but maybe HOT is a better description.
