I wasn't happy the two ends didn't match so I used Transform Warp tool to even them

For some reason this is how I see the final image being....a Harvest Moon with leaves...
Used Blur tool on reflected moon

Wow, those tree colors are amazing! And so is that beautiful reflection. Thanks for showing the originals for creating that cool mini-world image.

Thanks for posting these for us. That original shot, as is, is beautiful, and the moonlight shot is quite striking. Looking at the difference in the actual sky and reflected sky in the first image certainly reinforces what's said about scenes reflected in water being darker.

I never would have thought this would work with a night sky and daylight trees, but it does! Maybe add a little more on the top and bottom -- easy since it's all black anyway.

The blur on the reflected moon is the perfect touch.

Paul, this is beautiful! The colors and the overall composition is excellent. Very nice processing.

Paul, great job with these. I like seeing how you transformed it- great idea BTW to match up the ends!

All of these images are very striking. I love to see fall colors. I grew up in Michigan and have lived in South Florida for over 25 years, and only thing I miss is the trees changing colors. You captured this very well, and the processing with the night sky is excellent! Thanks for sharing!

    Hi Paul,

I really like the second image the best. It looks just like a place I know in Northern Western Pennsylvania.
    Very nice.
I also like what you did in the final image with the moon. Looks like Halloween.
    Thanks for sharing

Paul, now I know why the mini-world came out so nicely
