    Default Burrowing Owlet at Sunset....

This is the younger/smaller sibling of the owlet I posted yesterday. I wish this beauty were higher on the mound (my nose was in the grass as it was) for more smooth BG, but the light sure was sweet. Created at Brian Picollo Park at sunset. I needed to close down the aperture since I was so close (due to ropes to mark the nests); is the busy ground too distracting?

REPOST with Al's suggestions. Since I reproceesed from raw, I may have lightened the entire image a little and boosted the s curve slightly. Also, there was a little more room all around.
