Good low POV and I like the incoming landing pose and wingspread.
Tack sharp and excellent IQ. Light angle is nice as well.
In a perfect world ,it would be nice to have water all the way through the BG but still very nice as is. Did you try decreasing the brightness of the lily pads or burn them?

Wonderful landing pose, Gary. Love that wing position. Great sharpness and exposure. Maybe a trace of magenta cast?

Hi Gary, its always great to time a touch down as they ski across the water. Good wingspread, well exposed, sharp, and Im fine with the liilypads in the top part of the BG. Another option would be to take a bit off the top, and add to the bottom, as the reflection looks fine as presented.

What a great incoming landing pose on this one, Gary. Love the colors of the water and the environment works nicely here. I would give it just a tad of CW rotation. You will note the wings don't perfectly match the reflection on the right hand side.

Thanks all for your time and input!
Gail, the Lilly Pads have been toned down a little already, but a good thought.

Gary:
sharp, well expose, excellent timing/pose. I do agree about toning down the lily pads a bit more.
I suppose I should apply this idea to my posting from KBS as well
Now, if you had jumped up in the air at the time of exposure, you would have had better seperation of the bird from edge of lily pads!
Cheers
Randy
