    This is an image taken from last year, from my garden hide. I have been doing quite a bit of experimenting with raw processing so I will be pleased to read all comments good bad or indifferent!

    Absolutely superb image.Very nice composition.Love the pose,his grip on the perch,beautiful colors and excellent sharpness.

    That's pretty divine, Jonathan. Can't think of anything I would change. Just stunning detail, colors, perch, pose, sharpness throughout, HA, IQ, etc. Great work!

    Lovely species and loving the BG. If I was mine I would crop on top and add canvas on bottom.

    Hi Jon, super pose in lovely light, and you have brought out the finer detail nicely. Certainly sharp, cool perch covered in yellow lichen, and I do like your BG.

    One of your best IMO.

    Great in every aspect. I really wouldn't change much/anything here.

    Having a 7D too, and always striving to get the most out of it, I am interested as to what changes you have made in your raw processing.

    I like the greens and yeloows. Very nice picture, Jonathan. Excellent sharpness, pose, eye contact great perch and background. No negatives from me.

    Think it is a great shot, like the whole bird being in focus f10 has obviously done its work. Colours and perch are spot on.
