    Default Baird's Sandpiper Reflection

    Attached Images Attached Images

Juvenile Baird's Sandpiper at sunset. Handheld flat on the sand. This species is uncommon around here, and this particular bird was a bit skittish. This was about as close as I could get before it would start to edge away from me.

On second thought, I wish I had left a tiny bit more room on the bottom.

Excellent image Aidan. I like the pose, lighting, sharpness, calm water and complimentary BG.

Wonderful shot. I really like the pose, lovely light, and the love the reflection. If mine I would remove some of the white specks on the water.
    Well done.

Great image Aidan. A tiny more space at the bottom might be good as you pointed out, but IMO, it is OK for the reflection to be tight. Great light, perfect HA, everything looks perfect to me.

Congrats on getting this species, Aiden; and very nicely, too. Everything looks good, but I'd agree to just a tiny slivver more on the bottom.

I'm with you on more room below, but all else looks fine to me. I love the detail on the edges of the individual feathers.

Nice shot, like me you obviously dont mind getting wet, invest in an angle finder if you havn't got one. I reeally find they help your neck. The reflection is great, nice bg , and to me the reflection is fine. Great light on him too.

love the lighting on this one,
Agree with you, leaving a little space below would improve it further.

Sweet sweet light. Great species too. Love the calm water and reflection.
I see some fine noise, particularly in the darker areas of the water.....
    would be easy to correct.
