    Hi Jan, an interesting image, not often seen or covered here.

    The intersection of the mouth and plant isn't ideal, although some simple masking may help. I feel the subject could do with a slight tweak on the LH slider in Levels just to add some punch on the blacks, plus an additional overlay to soften the highlights on the mouth gums, nose & ears. Also some additional sharpening would help too. Perhaps something along these lines?

    What a funny expression this zebra gives to the viewer.

    Nice colors and contrast in the image, which could be even better with more mid tone punch and adding some black to the darker parts.
    Nice handling of the light situation with good exposure .
