Sandhill Crane captured at Bosque del Apache two years ago. I'm getting psyched up for my upcoming trip to Bosque to photograph the migrating cranes and snow geese. There are also raptors and mammals to be captured.

Captured at 7:30am in November, nice winter light of early morning.

Very nice Kerry, the classic Bosque crane photo, sharp, great BG and dangling feet are very nice.
I think moving it back just a tad would look nice.

Everything about this image is just as it should be, great feather details, lovely light and cool dangling legs.

What a lovely image. I like the detail, the pose. I think more room in front of the crane would be good if you have it.

This is lovely. I am surprised that you could be at ISO 200 at 7:30AM!
I like the complimentary BG and the dangling feet.
Tack sharp and great feather detail.
    Well done,
    Gail

I like the light and BG, head seems a bit soft in my monitor. I wish I could visit that national park some day!

Hi Kerry, I like the curves from the flying pose, and great show of the near wing. Overall sharp, and nicely seperated from the BG.

This looks great Kerry! Great pose, nice hint of habitat, and well exposed. Sharp as posted. A bit more canvas in front would not harm the image at all, but still good as is.
