    Taken in Half Moon Bay, California

    Camera Make = Canon
    Camera Model = Canon EOS-1D Mark IV
    Exposure Time (1 / Shutter Speed) = 1/2500 second
    Lens F-Number / F-Stop = ƒ/4
    Exposure Program = shutter priority
    ISO Speed Ratings = 200
    Exposure Bias (EV) = -1/3
    Distance to Subject = 207/10 m
    Metering Mode = pattern / multi-segment
    Flash = Flash did not fire, compulsory flash mode
    Focal Length = 500 mm

    great to see you got one in good light. love the pose and eye contact. I would back off on sharpening a bit and also the whites look grey as posted. Excellent dark BG and would be nice to post 1024 pixels for this site.

    Awesome shot,Conrad.Well exposed and Sharp details.I somehow like the Dark BG here.It contrasts well with the bird.Hope to see more from you here.TFS

    The sharpening is a stupid side effect from picking the resized image from Flickr. Haha! I reposted the original, hopefully its not oversharpened looking anymore. Thanks for the critique Arash!

    cool looks better now, would fix the whites and add a touch of sharpening...
