    Good techs, colours, fully outstretched wingflap. An even lower angle, if possible, would have been super. Classic waterfowl after-bath image!

    Thanks for your comments everyone, the image Richard was captured at Inner Marsh Farm RSPB -this is the old reserve not the new and adjacent Burton Marshes just down the road from where I live. If ever you decide to visit the light is better in the afternoon.

    Hi Jon, very well timed here, you have captured everything at the right moment. Great show of the swept back wings, proud pose, and you have nailed the exposue and sharpness nicely.
